Dr. Patricia Fresen is a Roman Catholic theologian from South Africa and was ordained a priest in 2004 and a bishop in 2005. She currently serves as the director of formation for the Roman Catholic Women Priests Program based in Germany and Austria. In prophetic obedience, she challenges the Roman Catholic Church to change its current position of not allowing or recognizing the ordination of women.
